• Easy to view timetables and availability of rooms and resources
• Additional resources can be booked with rooms at the time of booking
• Scheduling multiple and recurring bookings is quick and easy.
  Bookings can be repeated over timeslots, days or weeks from one simple screen
• You can control bookings. The system can add every new booking as
  a request and bookings must be confirmed by an administrator before being authorised
• You can transfer bookings by sending an email to the user with the
  original booking directly from the system and if the other user agrees, the booking is transferred to that account
• Email notifications ensure booking details are emailed to the user who
  created the booking and/or the user who is assigned to the room.
  Emails can also be sent to the user and/or room owner when bookings are deleted
• The system only ever shows rooms that are free. If a booking is pending
  and awaiting authorisation it cannot be booked. It's impossible to make a double booking!
• You can run reports on the data stored in the system. All data can be
  exported to excel and many other applications.
• The system supports an unlimited number of rooms and facilities
• Rooms and facilities can be categorised into different types to allow searching by type
• Details of rooms and facilities are stored so users can easily see details such as layouts and size
